The service and its operator
RISETRACE is operated by Risexpertise entreprise inc., Québec, Canada. It provides token discovery, market observations, scoring, project links, alerts and simulated-trading reports. Contact: risexpertise@gmail.com.
Public pages are available without a purchase. These terms do not create a paid subscription just because you visit the site. A purchase requires an enabled checkout, displayed purchase terms and your confirmation.
Research information and paper trading
RISETRACE supplies research tools, not personalized investment advice or a promise of investment returns. Scores organize available observations; a score is not a probability of profit, a fraud clearance or an assurance that a token is safe.
Tokens can be highly volatile, fraudulent or impossible to resell. Market data, liquidity estimates and alerts can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. The service cannot detect every launch or every opportunity. Check relevant information independently before making a financial decision.
Paper bots use simulated money. Their displayed prices and results do not establish that a real trade could have been executed at the same price, size or time. Missing prices, liquidity and fees can affect results. The membership does not authorize RISETRACE to place real trades or hold your funds.
Accounts and access
When account access is enabled, use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
A free account alone does not unlock paid features. Access is checked against the active individual membership. The current public Telegram channel is separate from paid web access.
Account information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request account assistance or deletion at risexpertise@gmail.com.
Price, renewal and cancellation
The advertised launch membership is $19 USD per month. When checkout is enabled, the total, any applicable taxes, billing interval and renewal conditions must be displayed before you confirm. Browsing, registering or seeing an alert does not by itself authorize a charge.
A monthly subscription renews until cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. You can cancel future renewals through your account's subscription controls or contact risexpertise@gmail.com for help. The cancellation confirmation specifies when access ends. If those controls are unavailable, contact us before the next renewal so we can assist.
Send billing disputes and refund requests to the same address, including the account email and relevant invoice reference. Do not send card details. Requests are assessed under the purchase terms and applicable law; this page does not exclude any statutory cancellation or refund right.
Disconnecting Google, leaving Telegram or simply stopping use is not the same as cancelling billing. Account deletion and subscription cancellation should both be addressed when ending your membership.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, access other users' accounts, share payment credentials, interfere with collection or website operation, or submit abusive automated traffic. Do not represent a RISETRACE score or simulated result as a guaranteed return.
The service's branding and original presentation belong to their respective rights holders. Market data, third-party names and token content may have separate rights and conditions. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party data to you.
Availability and changes
Collection and display depend on external networks and providers. Maintenance, provider limits, indexing delays, outages or corrections may affect availability. Features and scoring methods may evolve; historical observations should be interpreted with their recorded dates and limitations.
We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse or security incidents, subject to applicable law and your rights under a paid contract. Material changes to a paid offering or its terms will be handled with the notice and choices required by law, rather than treated as accepted retroactively.
Applicable law and your rights
The service is operated from Québec, Canada. Applicable Québec and Canadian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing here waives statutory consumer rights, lawful remedies or responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law.
The description of market risks and data limitations does not remove the operator's obligations under applicable law. Contact us first about a service or billing problem so it can be reviewed.
