Who we are
RISETRACE is operated by Risexpertise entreprise inc., Québec, Canada. This policy covers risetrace.online and the RISETRACE member account service.

The sections below explain the information processed when you choose to use account or payment features, once those features are enabled. Browsing the public site does not create a subscription.
Information we use
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, email-verification status and any name or profile image supplied through your chosen sign-in method. We use this to create and secure your account, show your profile and check access to the service.
- Authentication and technical information: session identifiers, necessary cookies, IP address, browser/device information and authentication or error events handled by the service and its providers. These support page delivery, sign-in, security and troubleshooting.
- Subscription information, when checkout is enabled: your plan, billing identifiers, subscription status, payment or invoice status, and contact or billing details needed to administer your purchase. Payment details are entered through the payment provider; RISETRACE's application does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Support: your email address and the information you choose to include when contacting us. We use it to answer your request and resolve account or service issues.
The radar also processes public token, market and blockchain information. Those observations and paper-bot reports are separate from your member account. The current membership service does not require you to connect a trading wallet, provide a seed phrase or deposit trading funds.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google, authentication is handled through Google and Clerk. The requested permissions are limited to openid, your email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. Your Google password is not provided to RISETRACE.
We use this information to identify your account, support sign-in and display account details. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. Google account information is not used to score tokens, publish Telegram alerts, train AI models or target advertising.
We do not sell Google sign-in information. It is shared only as needed with the providers involved in account access and service administration, or where legally required. Our handling of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You may review or remove the connection in your Google Account connections. Revoking Google access does not itself cancel a paid subscription or erase records already held; contact us for those requests.
Service providers and sharing
We use OVHcloud to host the website, Clerk for authentication and member-account management, and Stripe through Clerk Billing for payment processing when subscriptions are enabled. Our support mailbox is hosted by Google. These providers receive the information needed for their part of the service.
Clerk processes member information on our behalf under its service agreements. Stripe may also process payment information for its own legal, fraud-prevention and payment-network obligations. Provider information: Clerk, Stripe and Google.
The RISETRACE website does not currently include advertising trackers or sell member information. Token and market-data providers receive requests for market information, rather than your Google profile. Links to Telegram, token websites and other third-party services lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or as necessary to investigate abuse or protect the security and rights of users and the service, subject to applicable law.
Storage, security and retention
Information is stored in our service systems and those of our providers. Some providers may process information outside Québec or Canada, where different laws may apply. This service does not promise that all member data remains in Québec.
We use HTTPS, server-side access checks and restricted credentials to protect service information. No website can guarantee absolute security.
Account information is kept while needed to operate the account. Support, billing and security records may be kept longer when needed to resolve a request, comply with legal obligations or address a dispute. Backup and provider deletion schedules may mean deletion is not immediate. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
Your choices, rights and complaints
You can browse the public pages without creating an account. A member account and, when enabled, an active subscription are needed for paid features. Essential session cookies are used for authentication; blocking them may prevent sign-in.
Write to risexpertise@gmail.com to request access to your personal information, correction, account deletion, withdrawal of consent, or an electronic copy where the right to portability applies. Please identify the account email and describe your request; do not send passwords, card numbers or private keys. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
We assess requests and privacy complaints under applicable Québec and Canadian law and respond within the applicable time limits. Some requests may be limited by legal retention duties or other lawful exceptions, which we will explain when applicable. Policy updates
We will update this page when relevant practices change and revise the date above. Material changes affecting account information will be communicated as required. New uses requiring consent will not be treated as accepted merely because this page changed.
